Pigtail LC/UPC 6 Colors OM4 0.9mm OFNR 3M, Semitight from Red Cable Technology (RCT) is a fiber optic pigtail for terminating multimode cable by fusion or mechanical splicing, built on laser-optimized 50/125 µm OM4 fiber with an LC/UPC connector on a 0.9mm semitight OFNR 3-meter lead.

• Use: terminate fiber optic cables via fusion or mechanical splicing; quality pigtails plus correct fusion splicing give the best termination performance; used in ODFs, fiber terminal boxes, distribution boxes.
• Connector — LC/UPC: UPC polish — no angle, slight curvature for better core alignment; UPC blue, APC green.
• Fiber: 50/125 µm OM4 — improved over OM3, same 50µm core; 10 Gigabit Ethernet up to 550 meters, 100 Gigabit Ethernet up to 150 meters; LOMMF for 850 nm VCSELs; suggested jacket color aqua.
• Lead: 0.9mm semitight (strippable tight buffer), 3 meters, OFNR, six colors.
• Strippable tight buffer: gap not visible under 100-power magnification; no interstitial material (no loose powder or liquid); at least 10 cm strips off with one circular cut.

More reach than OM3: 10-Gigabit to 550 meters, 100-Gigabit to 150 meters for backbone runs.
