1. Introduction

Welcome to Red Cable Technology. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Red Cable Technology offers both Regular Supply and OEM Supply options.

  • All orders, including Regular Supply and OEM Supply, must be paid in full in advance at the time of order.

  • Prices are subject to change based on market conditions. The applicable price will be confirmed at the time of order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Regular Supply

  • Typical delivery time is 2–5 business days, subject to product availability and shipping conditions.

  • Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Buyer at the time of order.

  • Shipping charges and delivery arrangements will be confirmed with the Buyer at the time of order confirmation.

  • If free shipping is agreed upon at order confirmation, any additional shipping costs resulting from a subsequent address change will be charged to the Buyer.

3.2 OEM Supply

  • Typical lead time is 30–45 days from order confirmation.

  • Products are shipped to the delivery address confirmed by the Buyer at the time of order confirmation.

  • Shipping charges and delivery arrangements will be confirmed with the Buyer at the time of order confirmation.

  • Address changes after order confirmation are not permitted unless approved by Red Cable Technology and may incur additional charges.

  • Delivery may take longer due to natural disasters, war, political unrest, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond Red Cable Technology’s reasonable control.

  • Red Cable Technology is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure events, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Regular Supply

  • Order cancellation requests must be submitted before the order is processed for shipment.

  • Once an order has been processed for shipment, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • All claims for defective products must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting evidence.

  • Refunds or replacements for verified defective products will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4.2 OEM Supply

  • Orders cannot be canceled once manufacturing has begun.

  • Due to the custom nature of OEM products, all sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

  • All claims for defective products must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting evidence.

  • All claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Warranty & Claims

5.1 OEM Supply

  • Red Cable Technology does not offer any warranty on OEM products.

  • Buyers must inspect goods upon arrival and report any defects within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting evidence.

  • All claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5.2 Regular Supply

  • Red Cable Technology offers a 20-year warranty on non-UL/ETL cables and a 25-year warranty on ETL-listed cables, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  • Buyers must inspect goods upon arrival and report any defects within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting evidence.

  • All claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5.3 Scope of Warranty

This warranty applies only when the product:

  • Is installed and maintained in accordance with applicable TIA/EIA and NEC standards.

  • Is used for its intended purpose in structured cabling systems.

  • Remains in its original condition without unauthorized modification.

5.4 What Is Covered

Under this warranty, Red Cable Technology will, at its discretion:

  • Replace defective cable products; or

  • Issue a credit or refund for the defective portion.

This warranty is limited strictly to the cable product supplied.

5.5 Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Improper installation or handling.

  • Physical damage, including cuts, abrasions, or crushing.

  • Exposure to conditions outside recommended environmental limits.

  • Electrical surges, fire, water damage, or other external causes.

  • Use that does not comply with industry standards or the product’s intended application.

5.6 Warranty Limitations

  • Remedies under this warranty are limited to product replacement, credit, or refund, at Red Cable Technology’s discretion.

  • Red Cable Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  • This warranty is non-transferable without prior written approval from Red Cable Technology.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Red Cable Technology works with third-party providers to support the supply and fulfillment of products.

  • Red Cable Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  • Red Cable Technology’s liability arising from a product claim shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the affected product, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  • Red Cable Technology shall not be responsible for product damage or failure resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or use outside the product’s intended application.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information is collected and used for order processing, fulfillment, delivery, customer support, and business communications.

  • Red Cable Technology does not sell customer information to third parties.

  • Customer information may be shared with trusted service providers when necessary to process orders, arrange shipping, deliver products, or provide requested services.

  • Customer information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

8. Modifications

  • Red Cable Technology reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Revised terms will be published on our website and will take effect upon publication, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

  • Updated Terms & Conditions will apply to new orders placed after the revised terms take effect, subject to applicable law and any required customer agreement.
